Therefore he is personally responsible for the success of the commission and accepts liability up to the maximum amount under his civil responsibility insurance contract.

Members and partners of i c p group act under their own name. They act for the account of i c p EEIG if there is a cross-border co-operation and/or if their service is connected with a related service of another member or partner of i c p group.

If the client's mandate is directly to i c p EEIG, then the civil liability is legally extended to all its members.

This high liability principle provides security for our clients. We are proud that the excellent performance of our members and partners has led not once time to claims arising out of contractual obligations.
